Getting Started
I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation as a way for us to connect. You will have the opportunity to learn more about me and my approach, and I’ll begin to understand what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. If the fit is right, we can schedule your first full session. That initial session will focus on getting to know you more deeply and starting to create a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Insurance
Currently I do not accept insurance. However, many health insurance plans offer partial or full reimbursement for therapy with out-of-network providers. I’m happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to submit for reimbursement. I highly recommend checking with your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network benefits, including the number of sessions covered and the reimbursement rate for marriage & family therapy.
Rates
55-minute individual therapy session: $215
55-minute couples therapy session: $215
